la_rainetteIf you have a mop and a few minutes, would you mind helping me to gather all the water that is currently invading my basement? Cos my gas water heater is leaking like mad, and the technician will be here anytime, hopefully before 3pm, so they said. It's 11:22 right now. I am NOT doing the maths to figure out how much more water there will be in my basement by the time the technician arrives. (Am just joking: have turned off water altogether, of course. Mom is dishevelled, shower-less and cranky. I'm just cranky.)
