Oh yes -- but they did really well at hiding it :D! I mean, this generated a lot of buzz all around the city, because at first nobody knew where it came from!

I spent five minutes looking around in the subway car this morning, trying to locate the OTHER HALF of this ad -- the part where it would all be explained -- and it tickled me enough that I looked it up on google! (it was the first time I'd seen one)

OMG you went to Berthillon? WHAT FLAVOURS OF ICE CREAM DID YOU TRY? Oh, wait. Ahem. Hello, how are you? :D

I had a look at your journal, and now I have to ask -- did you go to Strasbourg after all? It's one of my favourites cities in the whole world (so far :D ). I lived there, right in the heart of the Petite France, for two years.

I'm adding you back :), and welcome! Though, erm, just to let you know: life's been a bit difficult lately and as a result I am not posting much right now. It'll pick up at some point, I am sure, because I really enjoy LJ, but please be patient! :)

As far as the entries go, don't worry. I am not a source of pressure in any sense (at least... I hope not o_o), I am here to enjoy the ride that is life with people I think would enjoy it with me. :) So write what you write, when you want, when you can. I will be a waiting audience. ;]

I have not yet gone to Strasbourg, but if I go, I will be sure to ask you where to go! :D

And as far as Berthillion, I must have tried about EIGHT different flavors (of course, stealing from my girlfriends' cones) but my favorite was the black currant sorbet and the marron glacé in ice cream. Et ben, ché pas ou sont (tous) mes accents dans cet clavier americaine. :)

Y en a pas, des accents! Je connais tous les codes par coeur (ou presque) et le reste du temps, je me débrouille pour éviter les lettres accentuées que je ne sais pas où trouver :D. Mais c'est une des raisons pour lesquelles je tape essentiellement en anglais...

La glace au marron glacé, j'adore!!!! :D Et oui, je te dirai où aller à Strasbourg -- c'est vraiment une très belle ville! Malheureusement, j'y étais il y a plus de 20 ans maintenant et je n'y connais pas (plus) toutes les bonnes adresses comme à Paris.
