Date: 2004-05-14 10:52 pm (UTC)You do not know me, but I have been reading your LJ for a week or two and have decided that we would make good, supportive 'e-friends' for each other. Plus, you make me laugh something awful, which is a treat indeed for a busy mom. So, if you don't mind...*friend!* In return, I will mentally wish away those nasty ants -- though I must warn you that this approach to dealing with insects has not worked on the Very Fierce Wasp who considers the back porch his home, so you may want to have bug spray ready, just in case.
Feel free to look over my LJ, and you'll see that I am also a mother, but with 4 little ones (who I call my Padawans/Apprentices, depending on if I feel they are attuned to the Light or Dark Side of the Force, of course): 8yr, 4yr, 2yr and a baby. I live in Denver, Colorado, next to the Rocky Mountains and smack in the middle/left of the USA. 2 days ago it was 80, today it's snowing. *shrug*

How you manage with 4 is beyond me), and oh boy, I love your sense of humour :D ! I'm so pleased you came this way.

I spent two years in Great Britain right after I finished University, and I find the experience of living in a foreign country very different when you have kids, so I'm curious.
