Tadpole plays Door

:D It's one of her favourite games right now: she stands in the doorway, one hand on each side, and sing-songs "Push the button!".

The button is whatever she has decided beforehand, so if you find it at once, she'll let you through. She comes up with wicked ideas though.

Tadpole: Push the button!
la rainette *presses Tadpole's nose*
Tadpole: That's not the button.
la rainette *presses her belly button*
Tadpole: That's not the button.
la rainette *tries the forehead, slightly pulls one ear, then the other, tries to find button on her chin, on her neck, under her arms, on various places on her belly...*
Tadpole: That's not the button! That's not the button! That's not the button!
la rainette *loses patience and tickles Tadpole*
Tadpole *giggles and lets go*
la rainette *weasels through*
Tadpole: NOT FAIR!

Not fair, no, but hey, I have bathroom emergencies, too.

I can't seem to find the post now (inadequate caffeine consumption, how embarrassing) where you mentioned about Tadpole being born without a voice. I'm glad you told that story; it makes all your other stories about what she says and does just that much more precious.

:) Thank you. I believe I mentioned that in the Return of the King post, because my mum mentioned Tadpole sounding a bit like and angry Nazgul ;)
