Wah! Well, these are the instructions sir_gareth left on his LJ, they worked for me, maybe you can go somewhere with them?

so, if anyone is using Windows Media player and can't phone posts to play... these instructions seem to work:

First, close windows media player. Then download the plug-in at http://tobias.everwicked.com/oggds.htm . Then run/install it. Then click on a phone post and chose "save".

When it has downloaded choose "open from folder". Then windows media will say it cant recognize the type but will attempt to play it anyway. Hit "ok" and it should play.

Wanna try? You still won't understand, though, so it seems hardly worth the effort, but well...
