HOW MANY BOXES OF COOKIES? *hyperventilates*

Dearest Tai, I truly hope you like these cookies, cos I have 2 wine cases full of them (yes, wine cases. That's what I automatically assumed they were. I AM FRENCH, remember? I buy wine by the case more often than cookies. So there.)

Anyone else interested? I'm not selling them, mind you, I'm just trying to find people who like to eat them, and I'll be happy to send them off. Cos I can't handle that many cookies, even if they "last forever", so I was told. COS I'LL GET MORE NEXT YEAR! So they need to get eaten somehow. Ahem.

In other news, today was Halloween Party at the Sparks, and Tadpole managed to gatecrash, first by stomping her foot and making it known that she really wanted to wear her costume too; then by just standing there and looking so utterly miserable, and sniffling so sadly against my shoulder, that they actually asked her if she wanted to join in (which she did, with a very satisfied smile. From then on she ignored me altogether, the sly little beast.)

And I forgot Froglet's library book today.

Yes, but right now it is filled with junk. Like, what am I to do with 48 BOXES OF CHOCOLATE-MINT COOKIES?

Well, that's because Froglet is a Spark (girl guide) and they have monstrous cookie fundraisers (cos we're not supposed to eat them, we're supposed to sell them). Choco-mint cookies this time, and they're actually really good.

:D You buy them from your local girl guides, who are very happy to get rid of them cos it's their fundraiser. Froglet is a spark (girl guide), she LOVES it, so we get cookie boxes to sell for the fundraising (wah). The cookies are good, it's the selling part that doesn't agree with me much.

Do you want one? They're nice, a little After Eight-ish in style.

I wish our Girl Guides sold cookies. We never did anything that fun when i was one. Not surprised she loves it though, I adored it. The real time I was in the States we visited a Girl Guide troupe and I got free badges and other cool stuff. It was so fun XD
