Tadpole *lowers her cute, plump behind carefully in the water* I'm a little mermaid.

In other news, the temperature today in Toronto gives a whole different meaning to the term "Ice Coffee", but then I suppose I shoudn't have left my cup in the car overnight. *sighs*

yeah, yeah, yeah, I know, it's just that I've been away for so long *sheepish grin*

Froglet has just drawn me a picture of herself as a princess, me as a princess, and Tadpole as a mermaid. And by herself, she tried to figure out how to write pour maman, for mommy.

So she listened to the sounds, as she is learning to do, and lo, she knows a word that sounds a lot like it! She knows Winnie the Pooh! And pour is like... pooh... and r at the end.

So she wrote: Poohr maman.

This is probably only funny for people who speak a little French, but I can't resist posting. I am SO very proud of her

Froglet: and, and, and, it is full of little hearts, and in each little heart there is love.

Froglet: and there are blue hearts, and green hearts, and hearts in every colour of the rainbow! And they are each filled with love!
