Sorry for all the purists out there, but dude, if I have to pick between "100% French Tradition" or "With Cheese", cheese wins every single time.

(Which is why I will never make a proper Quiche Lorraine or an acceptable Gratin Dauphinois, but I totally do not care. :D )

In France it wouldn't, because the French don't realize that they don't actually have the monopoly on cheese :D Actually a reply to this deserves its own post - so I am going to write about it.

Also, you deserve a post just for you <3
