My mom is wonderful...

Mom: What are you doing?
la rainette: Taking the red berries out of the Special K Red Berries.
Mom: ??
la rainette: See, ordinary Special K is nothing like Special K Red Berries. The girls don't like it. They only like Special K Red Berries.
Mom: ??
la rainette: Only, they don't like the red berries, so I fish them out before giving them their cereals.
Mom: Well, what do you do with the berries, do you put them in your own bowl? You eat them, I see.
la rainette: Yeah, but I don't like them either. I just can't be bothered to fish them out of my bowl. I throw the girls' in the garbage.
Mom *hugs me unexpectedly* You are such a nice mom!
:D Am very, very pleased.
In other news, a lovely picture of Froglet hugging Dora figured in the local paper today. The photographer did tell us this might happen, because she thought she'd gotten a good picture of Froglet, and lo and behold, there she was, with her loveliest delighted smile.
There is a tiny version of this picture on the website, which I could use as an icon. I believe this means upgrading my LJ, but I've been tempted to do it for a long time... *goes hunting for her credit card*

New paid journal, and one Froglet with Dora (big Dora, tiny Froglet, but, hey, biggest smile ever!)
Excuse me while I pee my pants in excitement. (I am a big baby, I know. With a brand new toy, wohoo!)
ETA Bugger. Am Nitwit with little brain and even less time. Can anybody please tell me how to change Comments/x Comments into something more, uh, interesting? I'm sure I've seen it somewhere, but it's gone into hiding since then. Thanks!
ETA, step 2Mass command on selected items? Can I now, like, organize a massive genocide of entries and comments in my LJ? Goodness gracious. So many new, dangerous features. So few brain cells. *pokes new LJ with stick*
